US Pebble has launched three new products: Pebble 2, Time 2, and Pebble Core. As usual, sought funding on Kickstarter and the company has already reached its goal of one million dollars. We followed the counter for 3-4 minutes and then funding grew by about 100,000 dollars.

Pebble 2 and Time 2 is smart watches with heart rate monitor, which can record the user’s heart rate around the clock if desired. The units have microphones, waterproof “30 meters” and can obviously identify sleep and exercise.


Pebble 2 has up to one week of battery life while Time 2 can keep going for up to ten days. The screens are different, even if the case of an e-paper panel in both cases. Pebble 2 has a black and white high visibility color while Time 2 offers a color screen. Panel Time 2 is further 53 per cent greater.

Frequently Pebble Core is thought to be the only thing you need to have with you on your run. It has GPS, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and can stream music from Spotify. The unit can also synchronize GPS information with various fitness apps for Android.

Pebble Core for the “hacker” is instead intended to tinker and experiment with. It is described as a “hackningsbar Androiddator” that can be programmed to do everything possible. Pebble Core priced from $ 69 and up.
